Thermoforming
Thermoforming (TF) is the technology for large volumes of packaging with moderate tooling costs. Offers a wide range of sizes in materials such as PE, PS and PP. Products made in mono material is easy to recycle. The product range varies from sheets for Form Fill Seal lines in the dairy industry to Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) in cups and trays. TF offers our customers a flexible and at the same time a cost-effective solution.

Process description

The process is an inline extrusion thermoforming process. The process is cost effective and the products which are produced in the melt phase have a low warpage, are relatively stiff, low taste and odor, high low temperature resistance and are suitable for pasteurization and sterilization in an autoclave.
